I am a retired LAPD Lieutenant with forty years of Law Enforcement and combined security experience. I am also the former owner and CEO of a major security company in Southern California. I am a licensed private investigator in California. My areas of expertise are as follows: law enforcement best practices, active shooter, including effective scene management and crowd control, security operations-premise liability, criminal investigation analysis, officer-involved shootings, tactical analysis, use of force, deadly force and pursuit policy, and Police- K9 operations. After initial review and consultation, I accept cases, which is always at no cost. Please note: I can assist you in various areas with my varied background. I can and will travel domestically and internationally if the case requires it.
I have an extensive range of experience and expertise. Police Use of Force Officer Involved Shootings, Police Best Practices, Active Shooter, Major Crime Scene Management, Police Labor- hiring and retention and termination, homicide, wrongful death, and other complex investigations, including criminal conspiracy, assault, robbery, kidnapping for ransom, extortion, and murder for hire. I spent twelve years as the Officer-in-Charge of the most critical investigative units in the Los Angeles Police Department, including The Special Investigation Section, Homicide Special, Robbery-Homicide Division, and the FBI Violent Crime Task Force-Los Angeles.
