CeCe has 40 years of experience in horse behavior, farm operations, stable management, safety, standard of care, accident reconstruction, litigation support, insurance claims, buying and selling, certified horse appraisals, estate and donations, show horses, race horses, rental horses, breeding, quarter horses, warmbloods and thoroughbreds. She's a professional trainer of horses and riders and the youngest woman to compete on the United States Equestrian Team.
