Dr. Kenney has been a practicing registered nurse for over 58 years, a nursing and EMS educator for 40 years and a legal consultant since 1980. She has experience in deposition, trial, government hearings and arbitration testimony for both plaintiff and defense cases. Her clinical and teaching background includes Emergency Departments, prehospital care, obstetrics, psychiatric nursing, perioperative care, long term care, educational malpractice, and many other nursing and healthcare areas. Dr. Kenney will provide medical record review and analysis, standard of care opinions, case merit determinations, trial support and attendance at IME's.
