I am a board-certified, fellowship trained, actively practicing Orthopedic Surgeon with extensive experience in all aspects of orthopedics, especially trauma and joint replacement. I have worked in both academic and private practice, at hospitals of varying sizes. I am or have been licensed in 14 states. My academic career has been primarily in orthopaedic trauma ( injuries, fractures, dislocations and complications), but due to my work as a department chair and a director of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, I am familiar with standards in all sub-specialites of Orthopedic Surgery. I have been doing medicolegal consulting for 30 years for both plaintiff and defense,have reviewed over 160 cases, and am experienced in trial and deposition testimony, having testified in 30 cases.
