Marlin E. Buckley, P.C., provides technical expert assistance to contractors, owners, attorneys, architects and other construction professionals, from the initial stage of the project, to the completion of the project. We can assist by helping them draft the idea, providing effective investigation and expert witness, and providing marketplace knowledge and experience. We can assist in bid preparation, estimating construction cost of a project, and we also can serve as the owner's representative, providing construction management for our clients.
Marlin E. Buckley is the managing principal of the Firm, and is responsible for the day to day operations. Marlin is a hands-on, no-nonsense professional, with over 46 years’ experience in the construction industry. Having earned a Bachelor of Science degree, Marlin continues his educational ambitions by attending various continuing education classes and extensively reads the industry trade publications. Marlin is a present or former member of various esteemed and respected associations.
