Selected by the FBI to speak to prosecutors, law enforcement communities and public safety officials both nationally and internationally, providing intensive hands-on instruction, seminars and training over the course of 20 years about a variety of topics such as evidence collection, sexual exploitation of children, criminal investigative analysis, child abduction offenders, child abduction response, false allegation of child abduction, and offender interviewing techniques.

Q: On how many occasions have you testified as an expert in court or before an arbitrator?

A: Ms. Isom Malin has provided testified on numerous occasions before grand juries and in trials at the local and federal courts and is very comfortable on the stand. She has testified related to:
• Offender grooming behaviors and its impact on victims
• Online enticement
• Child sexual abuse material
• Travel for purposes of sex with a minor
• Sex trafficking of a minor
• Transportation of a minor for sexual purposes

A: Ms. Isom Malin delivers consultation, training, investigative support, litigation support and subject matter expertise including strategy in the areas of Violent Crimes Against Children (VCAC) including Infant and Child Abduction, False Allegation of Child Abduction, Missing Children, Child Sexual Abuse, Child Exploitation and Abuse Material, as well as providing objective, independent reviews of cold cases and missing child cases. Delivers testimony in cases involving child sex offender grooming behavior.
