A: In my private practice, I have been retained as the expert on over 150 cases involving elder abuse issues. For the Department of State Hospitals, I have provided hundreds of expert opinions pertaining to competency to stand trial, and readiness for release vs. extension for patients who are not guilty by reason of insanity and offenders with a mental health disorder.
