
Andrea Baranyk, AIA, NCARB, LEED
Andrea Baranyk is a Registered Architect with 25 years of experience in architectural design, construction, and project management. At Robson Forensic, she applies her expertise to forensic casework involving premises liability disputes and construction claims. Her experience includes a wide range of building and facility types, from multi-family residential, to commercial, retail, medical, and institutional.
Andrea’s architectural career includes roles such as Principal, Project Manager, and Architectural Designer. In her projects, Andrea often addressed the unique challenges of working with historic properties, including accessibility and code requirements. She also managed projects on new construction, from initial concept through completion, granting her in-depth knowledge of the building industry and the ways that design elements within the built environment contribute to safety. Having such a breadth of experience, Andrea can provide comprehensive evaluations of large-scale projects, while also focusing on the minutiae of individual design elements such as walkways, stairs, handrails, and lighting.
Andrea earned a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Science in Historic Preservation from Roger Williams University. She is certified by the National Council of Registration Boards (NCARB) with registrations in multiple states. Andrea is qualified as a Historic Architect per the U.S. Dept. of the Interior and National Park Service Guidelines. She is a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
