Ashraf Helmy, M.D., Q.M.E., is a board certified psychiatrist working in the Los Angeles area. He currently works at the Metropolitan State Hospital in Norwalk, California and has been an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University/Feinberg School of Medicine.
