I am a mechanical engineer (B.S.M.E.) with over 16 years of experience designing equipment and products. I am also a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) in comprehensive practice. I am a certified through IVES Training Group as a forklift operator and forklift operator trainer. I am also certified as an operator trainer for scissor lifts, boom lifts, rough terrain forklifts, and MEWPs. I have experience operating skid steer loaders, mini excavators, and bull dozers. I have welding and fabrication experience. I have experience designing safety/warning labels.

I have been retained as an expert witness on over 70 cases. I have testified in over 10 depositions, and 1 trial.
