My consulting practice has been active for the past 24 years. The focus of my practice has been asbestos and mesothelioma cases filed by Plaintiffs. The Plaintiffs are individuals who were former employees of either the oil refineries or outside contractor's working in refinery turnarounds. These individuals usually were employed during 1960-1970's and exposed to the asbestos products during employment.

My expert reports and litigation support for trial preparation addressed the asbestos gaskets for valves, pumps, seals and flanges. My reports also covered industry practices for demolitions of asbestos insulation on piping and equipment during unit turnarounds.
