David Beh, P.E.
David Beh, P.E. is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer and an expert in structural engineering with nearly 20 years of experience in the design of buildings and a variety of other structures. He also has specialized knowledge in wind, seismic, and vibration analysis as it relates to structural design requirements and failure analyses. David is a volunteer member for the California Office of Emergency Services, Safety Assessment Program, which assesses the safety of buildings after earthquakes or other natural disasters.
David earned both his B.S. and M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah. As an expert at Robson Forensic, he applies his expertise to forensic investigations involving failed structures and failed structural components, construction defect claims, and professional liability disputes.
David’s professional background ranges from small projects like the design of OSHA compliant stairs and ladders, to new construction (notably, the U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters) as well as restoration projects. His expertise extends to all common building materials, including concrete, steel, wood, and masonry, among others. David has seen those design projects through the construction process and has managed teams of engineers across multi-discipline projects. David is well versed in both the Design/Bid/Build process and the Design/Build process.
