Professor Ostrove is an attorney-CPA(inactive)-Educator, is a Professor at Southwestern School Of Law. He has been an expert witness since 1957; Professor Of Law And Accounting, at Southwestern University School Of Law, in Los Angeles, for the past 49 years; Certified Specialist In Taxation Law; Certified by the California Board Of Legal Specialization Of The State Bar Of California, since 1975; California CPA since 1957; (now inactive) California Lawyer since 1960; expert witness clients include: defense and plaintiffs' attorneys; The U.S. Attorney; The State Attorney General; The District Attorneys' Offices; The Los Angeles City Attorney; The State Bar Of California; The State Public Defender's Office; The California Department of Motor Vehicles.
Professor Ostrove serves as trustee, executor, administrator, conservator, and guardian for many of his clients. We prepare Federal Estate Tax Returns for our attorney clients, as well as estate and trust accountings to be filed in court, as well as non-probate accountings
