My name is Dominic Saladino, and I am the owner of Medication Safety Consulting Solutions LLC. I have 30 years of cumulative pharmacy experience in various facets of pharmacy practice. I have extensive experience in community, hospital, clinical, chemotherapy, and specialty infusion pharmacy. I have dedicated the past 10 years exclusively to medication safety practice in pharmacies. I am also graduating in Fall ‘24 from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy with Master of Science degree in the Medication Safety and Quality Systems track. I have additional relevant education with a Bachelors of Science from University of Illinois at Chicago, a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy, a Graduate Certificate in Medication Safety and Quality from the University of Florida College of Pharmacy, a Certified Professional in Patient Safety (CPPS), a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), as well as a Certificate in Medication Safety awarded by ISMP/ASHP.
