Introduction

Mr. Clarkson has vast experience at all levels of highway and roadway construction projects. He was involved with hundreds of projects as an estimator, a project engineer and eventually as president of risk management for the construction entity. His office was responsible for safety, legal, insurance and HR. The entity performed over $175M in annual work.
