Introduction
Mr. Clarkson has vast experience at all levels of highway and roadway construction projects. He was involved with hundreds of projects as an estimator, a project engineer and eventually as president of risk management for the entire construction entity. His office was responsible for jobsite safety, including constant monitoring of temporary traffic control, legal, insurance and HR. The entity performed over $175M in annual work on highway and roadway projects throughout the central U.S.
