Mr. Peden brings over 30 years professional experience preparing design and construction documents as well as construction administration services to your case. He provides expert analysis and technical investigations for construction claims, architect professional liability and various circumstances regarding personal injury incidents.

Doug's experience has provided architectural services across New York and New Jersey. The range of his projects included the reuse of existing facilities, building and structural restorations, as well as new facilities. Doug has unique experience working with the NYC School Construction Authority as well as the Port Authority for New York and New Jersey.

Through his experience as an architect and his focus on problem solving, Doug provides technical investigations, analysis, reports, and testimony of analysis towards the resolution of commercial and personal injury litigation involving trip and fall injuries, construction materials failures, code compliance issues, construction claims, and professional liability.

Doug is a Registered Architect in New York and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Board.
