Jo-Anne is an experienced expert witness and has provided expert witness litigation services to both corporations and individuals. Jo-Anne is a Licensed Customs Broker and provides expert opinion, reports and testimony in the area of U.S. Customs regulations, U.S. Export Control matters, Logistics and Trucking.

Jo-Anne is a frequent invited speaker for trade and logistics associations and has authored trade publications. She also conducts international trade webinars and provides in-house corporate training.

Ms. Daniels held senior global trade and logistics positions at multinational corporation as well as working in freight forwarding and customs brokerage before founding Trade Resources & Associates.
