Introduction

With the Gold Standard American Meteorological Society's Certified Seal of Approval and 27 years of experience, I am one of, if not the only, meteorologists in the world that holds the rare triple certification of the American Meteorological Society's Certified Seal of Approval, the National Weather Association Seal of Approval combined with an EPA certification, creating unparalled credibility. I have saved clients hundreds of thousands of dollars through my expert reports. My experience includes slip-n-falls, wind damage, hurricanes, sun angle cases, and weather-related wrongful death. I use cutting edge technology to explain complex meteorological parameters in an easy to understand way for a non-technical audience.

Advanced Capabilities and Technology
- NEXRAD and Dual-Polarization Radar Analysis: Pinpoint storm intensity, hail presence, and localized severe weather that standard reports miss
- Satellite Imagery Expertise (GOES-R): Confirm storm evolution, cloud development, and weather patterns for accurate event timelines
- Lightning Strike Verification: Validate exact strike locations and timestamps through lightning detection networks
- EPA-Certified Environmental Compliance Integration: Combine meteorological data with environmental analysis to address complex incident factors
- Mesonet and Private Weather Station Data: Leverage minute-level observations to confirm precise timing of precipitation, wind gusts, and temperature changes
- GIS Visualization: Produce clear, courtroom-ready maps overlaying weather data with accident or damage locations

Additional Litigation Success
- Auto accidents involving visibility or hazardous road conditions
- Hurricane-related disputes (wind damage vs. water damage)
- Flood liability and prevention analysis
- Severe weather impact assessments (hail, tornado, high winds)
