Dr. Joseph Kuderko, MD, is a board-certified otolaryngologist with over three decades of experience in clinical practice, medical education, and healthcare innovation. His career has encompassed private practice, academic medicine, and leadership roles in various medical institutions. He has served as an ENT staff physician and clinical instructor at the Minneapolis Veterans Hospital, where he trained and mentored medical students and residents in clinical and surgical skills. In addition, he has worked in private single-specialty ENT practices, including Breathe Clear Institute in Torrance, California, and Oakdale ENT in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he was recognized for exceptional patient care and surgical expertise.

Beyond his clinical roles, Dr. Kuderko has been actively involved in medical innovation and leadership. As the founder and principal of Sinugenix, he developed and launched innovative ENT-related sales technology, demonstrating his commitment to advancing medical solutions. His leadership experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at West Health Surgery Center and Medical Complex and as President of Oakdale ENT Group. He has been consistently recognized for his excellence in otolaryngology, receiving annual honors from Minneapolis Magazine as one of the region’s best ENT physicians.

Dr. Kuderko earned his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago and completed his undergraduate studies at Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology and holds an active medical license in California, along with a radiology supervisor license.

In addition to his extensive medical career, Dr. Kuderko has pursued interests in sustainability and off-grid living. In 2023, he founded Eco Farm in Jamaica, an off-grid, eco-friendly farm designed to promote sustainable agricultural practices and self-sufficiency in a remote environment. With expertise spanning clinical practice, teaching, medical practice management, and innovation, he remains dedicated to advancing otolaryngology and mentoring the next generation of physicians.
