Mr. Samnik is a registered certified arborist and has more than 1,100 litigation cases as an expert witness. He is entering his 59th year of private practice in the fields of Arboriculture and Horticulture. His expertise includes forensic consulting and testimony.

He founded the Florida Chapter of the International Society of Arboriculture and was the past president of the Association of Eminent Domain Professionals. He has 25 years of experience as a commercial landscape installer and landscape maintenance contractor, in addition to having owned and operated a tree farm and nursery. Mr. Samnik has presented at over 100 international, national, regional, and state conferences. He was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award for excellence in Arboriculture.
