- Initial Retainer: $3,000 (non-refundable) – Covers up to 6 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 0% of the retainer is refundable if canceled within 14 days of the scheduled deposition.
- 50% of the retainer is refundable if canceled more than 14 days in advance.
Additional Deposition Time: $500/hour beyond the initial retainer.
Trial Testimony
- Initial Retainer: $4,500 (non-refundable) – Covers up to 8 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 0% of the retainer is refundable if canceled within 14 days of the scheduled trial.
- 50% of the retainer is refundable if canceled more than 14 days in advance.
- Additional Trial Testimony Time: $600/hour beyond the initial retainer.
Travel and Reimbursement
Deposition and trial time will be billed door-to-door, including all travel time. All reasonable travel costs (business-class airfare, meals, accommodations, and transportation) will be reimbursed by the Client.
