I'm an active law enforcement administrator, with experience in "best procedural practices" in Internal Affairs investigations, Use of Force Investigations with an emphasis on Officer-Involved Shootings. My mission is to provide full examination and analysis on any police misconduct related cases, circumstances of adjudications in investigations, and facts to clients, to enable them to make informed decisions about their case.
I have over 25 years of law enforcement experience, including 12 years of police misconduct investigation, adjudication, and examination. I'm a licensed Private Investigator and I hold a Juris Doctorate from Pacific Coast University - School of Law.
I am also a law enforcement instructor at Savage Training Group, where I teach Internal Affairs investigations and Officer-Involved Shootings protocol and procedures . Additionally, I provide consultation services as an expert witness, independent reviewer, public speaker, and instructor on police-related incidents, in both Spanish and English
