Offer verbal consultations to clients and, when relevant, provide and sign a written certificate indicating whether a deviation from the standard of care has taken place, without committing to being retained as an expert witness.

- A: A $4,000 non-refundable retention retainer amount is required if retained as an expert witness. This amount is the minimum fee due and is earned upon receipt. Expert will invoice against this retainer.
In lieu of the above hourly rate, duties that reasonably require overnight travel will be billed at the flat rate of $5,000/day on site.
Client is responsible for all reasonable out of pocket expenses including travel, testing, research, copying, storage of evidence or documents, etc.
