Michael Mayfield has been a critical care nurse for over 10 years specializing in primarily neurology and neurosurgery. He now uses that expertise as a costing expert in creating and examining Life Care Plans and Medical Cost Projections. He also serves as an expert witness in nursing standards of care.

He is a member of the American Association of Nurse Life Care Planners (AANLCP) and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN). Michael works with both plaintiff and defense attorneys to create credible life care plans for complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases.
