Domestic violence / sexual assault / criminalist national practice since 2014. Completed several forensic interviews of sexual assault/abuse, certificates of merit, including video recorded interviews which have resulted in plaintiff winning the case or settlements. 16 years of combined field as a counselor, trainer, interviewer, report writer working with victims of domestic violence, emotional abuse, sexual assault, and with perpetrators of violence including sex offenders in the California Department of Corrections (2016-2021), Bureau of Prisons and Department of Probation and Pretrial (2014-2015), John George Psychiatric Pavilion (2010-2011), Alameda County Department of Psychiatry (2009-2011), and videotaped interviews for court cases which led to settlements (2021), case analysis and presenting for national television shows (2019 - present) and private practice devoted to working with victims of abuse and sexual assault (2014-present). Expertise in interviewing (including those with developmental delays), assessments, reports for investigations and correctional custody, Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) evaluations and reports, and evaluations for malingering and readiness for parole. Licensed as licensed professional clinical counselor in California since 2014. Received doctorate in clinical psychology in 2016. Became certified as a National Domestic Violence Counselor in 2010. Published dissertation study in 2016 that evaluated and summarized the effects of being psychologically abused by parents in childhood.
