Nick J. Costales has more than 30 years of experience in Criminal Justice, with an emphasis on Probation and Parole/Corrections. As Deputy Director of Field Services for the New Mexico Children, Youth, and Families Department for nearly a decade, he played a key role in developing and analyzing statutes, administration code, and departmental policies for Statewide Juvenile Probation Offices and Juvenile Integration Centers. Mr. Costales has provided testimony before legislative committees in New Mexico and participated in court proceedings involving both adult and juvenile cases.
Mr. Costales has been a Forensic Expert with Park Dietz & Associates since 2023.
