Dr. Lasater is a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in sports medicine. Dr. Lasater earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine then completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at Michigan State University followed by sports medicine fellowship at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Lasater has specialized training in a multitude of acute and chronic conditions of the musculoskeletal system. In private practice, he is treating and performing surgery on multiple conditions of the upper and lower extremities in the field of general orthopedic surgery as well as sports medicine.

Dr. Lasater is able to diagnose and treat a multitude of musculoskeletal orthopedic conditions of the upper and lower extremities as well as the spine/back including fractures, muscle, tendon, and ligament injuries, nerve injuries, and arthritis among others.
