My expert witness was Peter Petrovsky He was everything you could ever want in an expert witness, knowledgeable, presentable, and more importantly, available. I cannot tell you how many times I called him and he always answered the phone and gave me audience, which was invaluable. In addition, his versatility allowed me to get away with two experts versus the municipality's barrage of seven experts. He was awesome! Great thanks also has to be given to Louis Howard Cherry of American Precision Builders. His wealth of knowledge and experience in Bay Area construction allowed us to present real time numbers and figures while the municipality's barrage of hired guns dealt in abstractions and speculation.

PETER WAS OUTSTANDING
Peter proved integral in educating me on the technical aspects of a complex plaintiff’s consumer case involving the failure of a diesel engine in a large piece of industrial equipment. As a solo practitioner up against opposition from large, multi-office firms, I know Peter’s involvement truly helped the client’s cause. If another case with similar issues walked through the door tomorrow, Peter would be the first person I called. JRP, Law Office of Jonathan R. Prazak, PLLC, December 29, 2021
THE TARGETED INPUT
Thanks again for the targeted input throughout the case – noting that we remain greatly appreciative of your expertise and look forward to working together with you in the future. Best, Jonathan Kaplan
