Randy Phares is an expert in packaging, especially corrugated and folding carton packaging. He is also an expert on pallets, crating, warehousing and transporting products by semi-truck, rail, parcel and air. He also does forensic analysis and testing of packaging failures that caused damage or injury. He has run a packaging testing lab and held almost every job in a packaging operation since 1990. These include manufacturing, distribution, sales, design, safety and transportation. Case regarding the alleged use of proprietary information by an employee after leaving their previous company. I am

Berube v. SSA Gulf and SRS. Expert for the Plaintiff who was injured unloading a rail car when the load of products
inside fell on him. I am currently retained and working on this case.
United Visual Branding v. Atlantic Freight. Expert for the Defendant in a case where a large sign was packaged and
crated and was damaged in transit. I am currently retained and working on this case.
Sowards v. United Fibers. Expert for the Plaintiff who was injured when he opened the rear doors of a trailer of baled
waste product which fell on him. I am currently retained and working on this case.
