Dr. Boxer is a board certified urologist with 40 years experience in private and academic practice. He is or has been a Professor at four major Medical Schools (UCLA, University of Miami, University of Wisconsin, Medical College of Wisconsin). He has been awarded a presidential citation for excellence in Urology, Best Doctors nationally and 5 times locally (Milwaukee). He was a finalist for Surgeon General of the US in 1997 and 2001, in the Clinton and G.W. Bush Administrations. He represented the US at the World Health Organization. He has been a guest lecturer over 60 times, wrote 14 chapters and 73 medical journal articles. President Clinton and President Biden appointed Dr. Boxer to the National Cancer Cancer Board (1995-2002, 2023-2029) and he was also appointed to the National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive and Kidney Diseases Board.
