I have restricted my practice to valuation in litigation, expert witness testimony and consultation since 2003. I have provided expert services in hundreds of cases in multiple states. I am also a national and international instructor for the Appraisal Insititute. I believe these two rolls complement each other immensely. In other words, I believe teaching helps me be a better expert witness and my expert witness experience helps me be a better instructor.

We specialize in providing real estate appraisal and real estate value consulting services for litigation. Our experience covers valuation services for real estate involved in all types of litigation proceedings including divorce, environmental and other types of damages, condemnation, partition suits, damages caused by wildfires, property tax appeals, etc. Our appraisals are often instrumental in providing the basis for settlement agreements between parties to lawsuits. If your case proceeds to trial, we provide expert witness testimony to support our appraisals.

We pioneered the use of custom PowerPoint presentations in trials for our market area. Our PowerPoint presentations include distinctive graphics designed to effectively communicate your specific case and unique appraisal problems to the jury so they can make an informed decision in your case.
