Mr. Bennett has over 23 years of law enforcement experience with the New York State Police and the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office.
His background includes 18 years as an accident reconstructionist, serving as the Unit Coordinator for the New York State Police, Troop C Collision Reconstruction Unit for 10 years. He has personally been involved with thousands of cases and testified numerous times as an expert witness in both civil and criminal cases. Robert has over 2000 hours of additional training in Accident Reconstruction.
