Introduction

With over a decade of experience in the field of clinical psychology, Robyn Caruso, MA, LMFT, CEDS-C specializes in the treatment of eating disorders. Currently, Ms. Caruso serves as a clinical faculty member at Antioch University in Los Angeles, where she teaches courses in the Master’s in Psychology program, focusing on clinical training readiness, practicum, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and eating disorders.

As the Founder and Clinical Director of AlignED Care Eating Disorder & Mental Health Center, Ms. Caruso oversees a comprehensive group practice. She also provides clinical and operations consulting services to treatment centers that specialize in mental health, eating disorders, and substance use disorders. Ms. Caruso’s extensive background includes leadership roles in various esteemed institutions, where she has developed and managed clinical programs, enhanced operational efficiencies, and provided expert consultations.
