Sameer has consulted on 400+ cases and regularly delivers CLE programs for State Bar Associations. He is a former investment and private banker, which affords him a framework for calculating damages on a wide range of case mandates. Over the past decade, Sameer's responsibilities at CFA Institute included hosting their talk show, publishing thought leadership articles, serving as a Senior Grader of CFA Level 3 exams, and speaking to 60+ CFA global societies.

Past testifying experience includes federal, state, civil and arbitration courts. In 2023, Sameer testified against META. Most of his cases settle before trial.

He proudly serves on the Board of Directors of Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) and Girl Power USA.
