Steven Edrington is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Certified Forensic Litigation Consultant (CFLC), and an ICC Residential Building Inspector. Philip Barthman is an ICC Combination Inspector, electrician, and former Alameda County Building Inspector.
