- A: As of January 2024, Susan Ebert-Stone, SRA has testified over 40 times. Henry J. Stone, SRA has testified seven times, including before the United States Congress in his Naval career as a Lieutenant. Since most of the cases we have been engaged to provide valuation services for are settled between the parties before going to the hearing or trial, the number of litigation valuation cases we have been involved in is far higher than the testimony cases. Because we specialize in unique properties and unique cases, we write well-supported reports that, we believe, helps the parties understand the market and thereby be more willing to negotiate reasonable settlements on the terms of property valuation.

- A: The area we serve is a high-priced resort marketplace in which we appraise a broad range of residential properties - from tear-down homes to some of the highest-priced homes in the United States. We also serve our clients with title disputes, diminution in value reports, detrimental conditions, bankruptcy, and divorce proceedings.
