Introduction

Tiffany McRae, PhD, LICSW, MA has more than 15 years of professional experience working with youth, adults, and families as a social worker and therapist. Her primary areas of interest are school social work, adult mental health, child mental health, human development, psychotherapy modalities, and social work best practices. Dr. McRae’s experience includes investigating and testifying on abuse and neglect cases for both child and adult protective services, trauma-informed care, standard of care, and forensic social work.

From 2011 to 2020, she worked for the State of Washington Department of Social and Health Services with experience in psychiatric social work, elder abuse and neglect, and Indian Child Welfare.

Dr. McRae has been a Forensic Expert with Park Dietz & Associates since 2024.
