Introduction
I am a Board-Certified fully practicing Professor of Anesthesiology with have 19 years of clinical experience and have won many teaching awards I am also a Fellow of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (FASA). The FASA designation is the "highest acknowledgment that recognizes years of dedication to exceptional education, leadership and commitment to the specialty" as per American Society of Anesthesiologists website. I also did a Critical Care Medicine fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation

Chart Review
$3500 retainer for initial review. Retainer must be received prior to initiation of review. Includes initial review of all pertinent records and discussion after review complete.
$500 per hour after initial review.
Deposition
$3000 minimum retainer for less than or equal to four hours of deposition (travel time also paid at same rate).
$500 per hour for each subsequent hour of deposition.
Failure to show or cancel less than 14 days in advance will be billed at retainer rate.
Testimony
$5000 per each day of testimony and travel.
Travel expenses reimbursed separately.
Deposition and testimony retainers paid at least 14 days in advance.
Failure to show or cancel less than 14 days in advance will be billed at testimony per day rate.
