Introduction

Prof. Vojin G. Oklobdzija is a Life Fellow of IEEE (the highest achievable grade) and 50 years in electronic and computer industry. He is Professor Emeritus from the University of California where he taught for 18 years. Prof. Oklobdzija's expertise is in Computer Architecture and Engineering with specialties in VLSI chip design including transistor circuits and logic.
