Introduction

Chief of Police (Retired) City of Fort Lauderdale, with over four decades of proven leadership in law enforcement and criminal justice, I seek to bring my expertise to the expert witness industry. My career, which includes serving for over 13 years combined years as the Chief of Police for the City of Fort Lauderdale and subsequently the City of West Palm Beach, has been defined by my deep commitment to integrity, strategic decision-making, and unweaving focus on facts and accountability. I am a graduate of both the FBI's National Academy ("NA") and the FBI's National Executive Institute ("NEI"). My education and professional experience make me uniquely qualified to offer authoritative and credible testimony in legal cases requiring a seasoned perspective on law enforcement practices and complex criminal investigations.
