I have completed countless valuations over 45+ years’ - encompassing major Manhattan hotels and office buildings, valuations of large urban hotels, resorts and hospitality properties including timeshares, allocation of tangible and intangible [business value] assets, fractional interest appraisals, valuations and alternative use studies, valuation of ski resorts, indoor waterparks, adventure centers / entertainment venues, and valuation of correctional facilities. I have performed more than 100 distressed asset valuations for the FDIC, as well as complex litigation support such as in the Chinese Drywall test case in New Orleans.
