Certified Public Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner, 42 years and 15 years, respectively. Developed a specialty in Insurance, and in particular Workers Compensation claim fraud, waste, and abuse cases. Experience as Director of Internal Audit at a national third party administrator of workers compensation claims, of approximately 27 years. Have filed between fifty and one hundred reports of suspected fraud with local prosecutors, state departments of insurance, ans federal agencies including the FBI and various inspector generals of various federal agencies.

I have particular experience and skills at data analysis to isolate and identify suspicious vendors, research vendor details and identify corrupt relationships with medical providers, marketers/billing organizations, and owners of specific drugs and other products marketed to and by medical and other providers. I have encountered many dozen cases of extreme over-billing and payments made for generic prescription and non-prescription drug or drug products.

Education includes MBA, UCLA, 1980; UCLA bachelor degrees in Mathematics and Economics, 1978, magna cum laude, and Math Department Honors.
