Rochelle B. Spandorf has more than 45 years of experience representing franchisors, manufacturers, licensors, suppliers, franchisees, and distributors in all industry sectors, from startups to mature public companies, in their domestic and international expansion and strategic development. She is one of ten attorneys ranked by Chambers USA in its highest category (Band One) of leading franchise attorneys in the United States. She is a California State Bar certified specialist in franchise and distribution law, and the first woman to chair the ABA Forum on Franchising, the nation's preeminent association of franchise attorneys. She represents clients on a broad spectrum of business, transactional and regulatory topics, in mediations and before government agencies, and as an expert witness in disputes involving franchise status, franchise contract enforcement, best practices, and franchise law compliance.
