Steve Greene & Associates provides forensic, commercial and Federal consulting for elevators, escalators, moving walks, dumbwaiters and personnel hoists. We are not generalists. We are vertical transportation experts who do nothing else. We have pursued this specialty for almost 30 years. Aproximately 40% of our business is for the resolution of litigation or insurance claims. Case history is approximately 50% Plaintiff / 50% Defense. The 60% portion of our work includes Code required Safety Inspections, maintenance and modernization evaluations, design work, specifications and project management.
